Postinstallation considerations
Note these points after you have performed the Installation Utility:
- If you installed a product that included Progress Dynamics, the Progress Dynamics Configuration Utility (DCU) must be run as a postinstallation task. See the "Running the Progress Dynamics Configuration Utility" section.
- Before you can start OpenEdge, the AdminServer must be running. For information about the AdminServer, see the "Getting started with the AdminServer" section.
- Detailed product information about the OpenEdge products you installed is available in the Release 10.1A product documentation set. Access the pdf-formatted documentation set from either the OpenEdge Documentation and Sample CD or the Documentation link on the Progress Web Site at http://www.progress.com/products/documentation/index.ssp.
